• so far so good as far as how my day is going
• Took the dogs for a ride around town. 
• Picked up Adous Huxley's Brave New World from a little free library down the road. 
• I talked to the Starbucks barista about the caffeine content of their new protein drinks. I bought one this last week and it gave me tremors from the caffeine. Barista dude said yeah they do have a lot of caffeine. And I was like ... yeah jacked up.
